Refund policy

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it,Unboxing video must ,unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

For defective, damaged, wrong, or incomplete orders, report within 48 hours of delivery with a proper 360° unboxing video as proof. Such issues are very rare, as we carefully inspect products before dispatch. Claims without video evidence may not be accepted.

Customer  are responsible for Both return shipping and re-shipping Charges( if an exchange is requested), shipping charges are non refundable.

if you receive a defective or wrong item, we will cover the return shipping cost.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  -A mandatory 360-degree unboxing video showing:

  -Fully sealed and intact parcel

  -Opening of the parcel

  -Product inside the box

  -Clear zoomed shots of the issue (damage, defect, wrong item, missing item)

Requests without proper video evidence will not be accepted!

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2-4 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
